Easter Island Moai Mug by Flounder

Tiki Farm new Moai Mug is Flounder’s second design in “Easter Island Tribute Series”.

This series features designs of two of the most iconic figures from Easter Island (the Kava Kava Man and the classic Moai), by three of our most popular Tiki artists – Flounder, Derek Yaniger and Joe Vitale.

Flounder’s version of the Easter Island Moai features a rich dark gray lava inspired glaze and Rongorongo glyph designs on the backside.

This classic Moai is a traditional tribute to the Easter Island Gods and stands 7 7/8” high and holds 18 oz.

シリーズ中では最も古典的なモアイのデザイン、溶岩をイメージした、ブラックに近い濃いグレーの釉薬に彩られた、裏側のロングロンゴのフォントデザイン(イースター島で19世紀にに発見された、筆跡等のグリフ)を特徴としています。





古典的なモアイによる、イースター島の神々への伝統的な賛辞が込められたデザインとなっています。
